This Privacy Policy explains how LiveBuys, Inc. ("LiveBuys," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit chaosexpo.com, livebuys.com, and any related sites, landing pages, or services (collectively, the "Services"), including the Coins, Cards & Chaos ("Chaos Expo") waitlist and live-shopping experiences operated under our WildRips and CoinKrewe brands.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you give us directly. When you join a waitlist, sign up for SMS, contact us, or participate in a live show, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Shipping address (for purchases)
- Collectible interests and preferences
- Communications you send us (support tickets, chat, replies)
b. Information collected automatically. When you use our Services, we and our service providers may collect:
- Device, browser, and IP-address metadata
- Pages visited, links clicked, referral URLs
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
c. Information from third parties. We may receive information from payment processors, shipping carriers, and marketplace platforms (e.g., Whatnot) needed to operate our business.

- To send you waitlist updates, show reminders, marketing, and transactional messages you have opted into
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To process purchases, fulfill orders, and prevent fraud

3. SMS / Mobile Messaging
If you opt in to SMS messaging from LiveBuys (including the Coins, Cards & Chaos program), we collect and process your mobile number and consent record solely to deliver the messages you requested.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared or sold to third parties for marketing. This exclusion applies to all of the above categories; no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run our business, and only with vetted service providers bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Current categories include:
- Twilio:SMS delivery and compliance
- Airtable:internal CRM, waitlist, and operations database
- GoHighLevel (GHL):marketing automation, landing pages, contact management
- Cloudflare:content delivery, security, bot protection
- Google (Workspace, Drive, Analytics):business productivity and traffic analytics
- Payment processors and shipping carriers as needed to fulfill purchases
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LiveBuys, our customers, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent records with third parties for marketing.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, and advertising attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Waitlist and contact data are retained while you remain on our list; you may request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing communications (including SMS via STOP and email via the unsubscribe link)
- Withdraw consent previously given

8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
